Each country has its own import and health-certification requirements (for example, the UK and Australia require advance notice for customs and, in some cases, quarantine or titer testing). Climate-controlled tracked delivery: your puppy travels with a licensed pet transport service in a climate-controlled vehicle or cabin, with live tracking shared with you.
In-person pickup: where the breeder's location allows, you're welcome to arrange pickup directly and meet your puppy's breeder.
Every puppy receives a veterinary health certificate issued within the window required by the destination country, along with proof of vaccination and microchip registration.
Most puppies travel within 1–3 weeks of a completed reservation, once they've reached the minimum travel age (typically 8 weeks) and all paperwork is finalized. International destinations with additional import requirements may take longer.
