Every puppy placed through our network comes with a written health guarantee against major congenital and hereditary conditions, valid for the period specified in your individual puppy contract (typically 1–2 years, breed dependent).
Life-threatening congenital defects identified by a licensed veterinarian within the guarantee period are covered, subject to the terms of your specific contract, which is provided before final payment.
To keep the guarantee valid, puppies must be seen by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival, and any claim must be supported by veterinary documentation.
