How reserving a puppy works, step by step

Browse verified profiles. Every puppy page shows real health-record status, age, color, and price up front.
Click "Reserve · $300 Deposit." This opens the reservation form pre-filled with your chosen puppy's details.
Submit your information and choose a payment method. We accept card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all buyer-protected.
Our team confirms your reservation. You'll receive a confirmation email and a secure payment link within 30 minutes during business hours.
Pay the $300 deposit. The puppy is marked reserved and removed from the available list once payment clears.
We coordinate paperwork. Health certificate, microchip registration, and your delivery or pickup date are arranged directly with you.
Pay the remaining balance before travel. The $300 deposit is credited toward this amount.
Homecoming day. Your puppy arrives via tracked, climate-controlled delivery, or you pick up in person.
